We offer treatment packages for skin needling and selected facial services to support optimal results over a series of appointments. While we do not offer in-house payment plans, Afterpay is available for your convenience.

Classic lashes involve applying one extension to one natural lash for a soft, natural, mascara-like result. Volume lashes use multiple ultra-fine extensions fanned onto each natural lash to create a fuller, fluffier, more dramatic look.

Please arrive with clean, makeup-free eyes/brows and avoid using oily products around the eye area on the day of your appointment. If you wear contact lenses, we recommend bringing a case to remove them for comfort during the treatment.

LED-cured lashes can get wet immediately, as the adhesive is fully cured during your appointment. Clean them daily with a gentle, oil-free lash cleanser, brush with a clean spoolie, and avoid oily products, mascara, or rubbing the eye area. Regular refills every 2–3 weeks will keep them looking full, healthy, and long-lasting.

We require at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows will incur a fee of 50% of the booked service cost.

To maintain a calm, relaxing environment, we recommend attending appointments alone where possible.

Many treatments are safe during pregnancy and breastfeeding; however, perming treatments (such as lash lifts or brow lamination) are not recommended during the first trimester, and cosmetic tattooing is not performed at any stage of pregnancy. Please inform us when booking so we can advise the most suitable options for you.
